The App stores your data locally on your device to provide its core functionality. This includes:

• Training sessions, drills, and attendance records
• Formations and lineup configurations

• Onboarding and preference settings

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear all app data through your device settings or by using the "Delete User Data" option within the App's Settings screen.

2.4 Support and Bug Reports

The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:

• Your name and email address
• A description of your question or the issue you encountered
• An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker

This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Display content in your preferred language
• Respond to support requests and resolve issues

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• Anonymous user identifier: Persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
• Cookies and local storage: Follow standard browser expiration rules and persist until cleared by the website or until you clear the App's data.
• Local app data: Team, player, fixture, and training data persists on your device until you delete it through the App's Settings or clear the App's data.
• Support requests: Information you submit through the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your team and player data is stored locally on your device using standard secure storage mechanisms. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following options to manage your data:

• Delete app data: Use the "Delete User Data" option in the App's Settings screen to remove all team, player, fixture, and training data.
• Clear all data: Clear the App's data through your device settings to reset the anonymous identifier, cookies, local storage, and all app data.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.

If you have submitted a support request and wish to have that information deleted, please contact us.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
